Our olive oil is the best in the world!
It's probably because all our trees have a sea view.
Without exaggeration, it really tastes incredibly delicious. The olive trees are very old (some are said to be over 400 years old). Every year we arm ourselves with sticks and chop the olives from the trees ourselves - quite hard work. We then take the olives directly to the co-operative in Sóller and press them there. The result is the best olive oil in the world (at least we think so), beautifully green, fresh and strong in flavour. It is Oli de Mallorca certified. Premium quality extra virgin, 100% cold-pressed. 0.4% acidity.
