Albania: Circular hike to ancient cave churches in Prespa National Park & GPS data
A worthwhile detour: At Lake Prespa, you feel very far away. This is probably due to the fact that the area was long off-limits due to border disputes between the three neighboring countries: Albania, Greece, and North Macedonia. On the Albanian side, a twelve-kilometer hike through Prespa National Park leads to ancient cave churches, which are among my highlights in Albania. You can find all the information and GPS data here.

Albania: Kayaking adventure on the Shala River & Koman Lake
The Shala River is touted as the Thailand of Albania: snow-white beaches and turquoise waters in front of brilliant white limestone cliffs.
We have half a day to explore this river. Not enough to paddle to the source, but hopefully enough to get a good impression. We have no idea what difficulties we will have to contend with later. We've barely passed the mouth when the river narrows. The mountains rise up to 1,200 meters into the sky.

Denmark: 2-day kayak tour through the islands of South Fyn Archipelago
Blue sea and white sandy beaches, plus 55 small islands and a castle. Here you'll find all the information and GPS data you need for the kayak tour through the South Fyn Archipelago from Svendborg, Denmark, to a cozy shelter right by the sea.
On the first day the wind is blowing from the south with gusts of up to 70 km/h. Denmark or not - this has little to do with the South Seas.

Germany: Go canoeing on the castle-lined River Neckar, from Hirschhorn to Heidelberg.
Canoe tour for everyone - from Hirschhorn to Neckargemünd, or further to Heidelberg. The Neckar , which in former times was known as the “Wild Fellow” had burst through fortress walls and swept away entire villages in its floods, now flows mostly sluggishly along its 362 kilometers from its source to its mouth in the Rhine .
Countless castles, palaces, monasteries, and fortresses are enthroned along the Neckar River.
